Easy, dairy free, gluten free, lowcarb yummy pancake

Looking for breakfast inspiration (in the morning the inspiration part of the brain usually is not in full function)? Here you have a really quick to make and delicious pancake that almost everyone can eat!

Ingredients

Enough for two pancakes which is a good breakfast for me (and I eat a lot).

2 (organic) eggs
1,5 dl (0,6 cups) of unsweetened almond milk
a large pinch of salt
0,5 tbsp Psyllium Husk  (read about it, buy it here)
butter or coconot fat

This is how

1. Whisk eggs and then add almond milk and whisk again.

2 Add  salt and psyllium husk to the eggs and milk and whisk all together.

3. Let it sit for 5 minutes then whisk again.

4. Pour half of the batter in medium preheated pan, tilt it so that you even the batter, turn when the batter looks completely dry on the side facing up.
