Delicious pepper flavored burger with salty easy breezy parsnip

As I’ve mentioned before, we’ve been sort of in a autumn loop weather wise for a while now. Therefore we were quick to pull out the barbecue on a beautiful and hot summer day like this.

Pepper flavored burgers

6 smaller burgers

600 g minced beaf
1 egg
1 small yellow onion or 1/2 large
2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp mustard
large pinch of salt and pepper

This is how
1. Chop the onions in really small pieces (if you get sloppy on this you will either have onion pieces standing out all over the burger, or onions all over your grill thus a smoked onion smell annoying your neighbors).

2. Blend minced beef, onion, egg, mustard and spices.

3. Form into what ever kind of burger you like (small, flat, big, round, you name it).

4. Get it to the barbecue.

5. With my burger I love to have roasted garlic mayo, it’s just the best! (If you live in the Netherlands there’s really no need to invent the wheel, this one is super delicious.) Also tomato, lettuce, pickles and of course bread.

Enjoy folks!

As for the Easy Breezy Salty Parsnip – you’ll find it here.
