Seeing that I’m working from home, it’ll come times when I have the classic case of “looking in the fridge for something yummy to pop out” (every 5 minutes). And so it begins, there usually aren’t anything magical (oh have I ever wanted to be Harry Potter this bad?) jumping out of the fridge. That leads me to the next step, the good old “beverage scanning”. What can I drink that will give my sweet tooth some rest (at this point my breathing is probably heavy and my eyes glassy)?
Yes, you guessed it (did the title give it away?). Iced Latte. Being a former Barista I know how it’s suppose to go down and I will share the secret with you.
(first of all, my glas will take 3 dl (1,3 cups) of fluid all and all)
1 dl (0,4 cups) of strong coffee
10 ice cubes
1 dl (0,4 cups) of milk

Let me do this as a demonstration (just humor me).
Now, to make a decaf you simply put in a Decaffeinato Lungo and press the full cup-button (you can press the small button as well, but I prefer more coffee than milk so I do it this way).
When this is done your glas should look like this.
Now, the ice. You should fill the glas with ice so that the fluid level will rise about this much.
When this is done, top the glas with 1 dl (0,4 cups) of milk. Et voilá!
