Homemade Pesto in a jiffy!

It’s monday and after the weekend we all need some clean products right? So let’s just go all in on the homemade, from scratch theme.  I here present to you a recipe for homemade Pesto. It’s ridiculously simple (and you’ll never want to have store bought Pesto again).

Homemade Nut Free Pesto

45 g parmesan
30 g pine nuts (even though the name is nuts, they are in fact a seed and not a nut)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 a pot of basil (my pot was pretty big)
1,5 tsp salt
1 dl (4,2 cups) of olive oil

This is how
1. Grate the parmesan and pour into a narrow bowl.

2. Press garlic into the bowl, then pour the rest of the ingredients in there.

2. Use your hand blender to blend it to a coarse mixture.

3. Done!
