I have the good fortune to share my love of cooking with Husband. That’s amazing because on those lazy days H will rescue me with e.g. this wicked Coleslaw.
1/2 a head white cabbage
1,5 tbsp Dijon mustard
430 ml (1,8 cups) mayonnaise (we use Hellman’s which doesn’t have vinegar flavor that I really think is too much in mayonnaise sauces)
salt and pepper
This is how
1. Shred your cabbage and put in a bowl.
2. Piel and shred your carrots and put together with the cabbage.
2. In another bowl you mix mustard, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the cabbage and carrots and blend well. Tip: Coleslaw tastes even better the day after!
