Have you gotten tired of those yummy pancakes yet? Even if not (cause I know I haven’t) it could be nice with something to switch with. Here’s another Paleo and Low Carb breakfast.
Blueberry, Cinnamon and Chia Seed Porridge (yum!)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 dl (0,84 cups) of tap water
0,5 tsp cinnamon
1,5 dl (0,63 cups) of fresh blueberries
This is how
1. Pour all ingredients into a pan.
2. Soft boil during 10 minutes.
3. Let cool 5 minutes.
4. Serve as it is or with almond milk or whipped cream.
