Comes fall and those delicious, yard grown, apples seems to be everywhere begging for a spot in my kitchen. So, every fall I indulge in some warm Cinnamon Apples that really goes with anything. Yoghurt, cake, ice cream, whipped cream and of course, as it is.
Warm Cinnamon Apples (with yoghurt)
(preferably) a sweet and sour yard grown apple
about 0,5 tsp cinnamon
This is how
1. Peel the apple (if they are organic you can just leave them on) and slice in thin slices.
2. Fry with some cinnamon in a medium preheated pan with butter or coconut fat until they get soft with a little crunch.
3. Pour on your greek yoghurt and voilà, you have a tasty, fall breakfast!
