I’ve been missing porridge for quite some time now. So, as from now, I’m starting up a hunt for the perfect porridge. Here’s the first try which came out nicely!
Lemon and Almond Porridge
1 dl (0,42 cups) coconut milk
2 tsp almond powder
zest from 1/2 – 1 organic lemon
0,75 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
This is how
1. Whisk eggs and coconut milk together in a pan.
2. Add zest, juice, salt and almond powder.
3. Put the pan on medium heat and whisk until wanted thickness.
4. Enjoy with raspberries!
