This cheesy slice of heaven will make getting out of bed worth your while.
2-3 mushrooms (champignon)
0,5 dl (0,21 cups) creme fraiche
1 dl (0,42 cups) grated aged cheese
This is how
1. Chop the mushrooms and fry in butter.
2. Whisk eggs, creme fraiche and salt together and add to the pan when the mushrooms have a nice dark color. Make sure you have a low – medium heat so that the egg mixture won’t burn.
3. When the egg mixture is semi set you add a lot of fresh thyme and cheese all over the omelette, wait a minute and then fold it.
4. Serve with a smoking hot cup of coffee!
