This is how
1. Wash the kale in water.
2. Chop it in small pieces (remove the thick stem in the leafs) and salt a lot (depending on how salty you like your chips of course).
3. Fry on low heat until they get crispy. This can take a while, don’t give up – they will get really crunchy!
