Apple and Cinnamon Chia Porridge
1 small sour and rich apple
3 dl (cups) of tap water
3 tbsp chia seeds
0,5 tsp cinnamon
This is how
1. Peel the apple and slice it in small pieces.
2. Pour water, cinnamon and apple in a narrow bowl and blend with a hand blender until you have a smooth texture.
3. Pour into a pan with chia seeds and let simmer 30 minutes.
4. Enjoy it hot!
