Quick Yet Delicious Low Carb Lunch

Eating Low Carb is the best thing that happened to me, I feel so much better. But, it also brings some lunch problems. You just can’t eat whatever anymore and if your dinner last night was so good you finished it all (it happens right?), what will you have the next day for lunch? I have a couple of favorites up my sleeve, and this is one of them.  I usually keep stocked on the ingredients  so I just can make it quickly at home or put them in a box to go.

Quick and Easy Low Carb Lunch

Ingredients
1 mozzarella
fresh basil
2 tomatoes
olive oil
salt

This is how
1. Slices tomatoes and mozarella and put on a plate.

2. Pour olive oil and salt on top of it.

3. Finish of with ALOT of basil.

4. If you want you can add on some avocado and balsamic vinegar, delicious!
