Fresh and Iced Ginger and Apple Water

I don’t know if it’s the flu season or what, but I’ve been feeling a bit nausea lately and I’m experimenting with different food and drinks to improve the condition! Today I think I hit some sort of jackpot. A Fresh Ginger and Apple Water with lots of ice.

Something for the nausea, cold ginger and apple water

2 cm fresh ginger
1/4 apple
2 dl (0,84 cups) water

This is how
1. Peel and grate the ginger into a narrow bowl (important that it is narrow).

2. Peel and chop the apples into the same bowl.

3. Add water, blend with your hand blender until you have a smooth mixture.

4. Pour into glas and top it with ice.
