I was recently reminded (this knowledge had been stored away for some reason) by blogger at Fdicct that I can make my own tea. Perfect since I’ve been looking for a decaf some time now and this will do the trick.
2 cinnamon sticks
2 cm fresh ginger
1 l tap water
if you wish you add a teabag at the end (I didn’t)
This is how
1. Pour water into a pan, add cloves and cinnamon sticks.
2. Peel and chop ginger into smaller pieces, also add to the pan.
3. Let simmer 30-60 minutes depending on how strong you want it.
4. (if you wish, add a tea bag during 5 minutes after removing from stove) Filter and drink!
