Warm or Cold Wild Berries Chia Seed Pudding

Sugar Free Wild Berries Warm or Cold Chia Seed Pudding
  1. 3 tbsp chia seeds
  2. 2,5 dl (1,6 cups) water
  3. 2 dl (0,84 cups) frozen organic wild berries
  4. pinch of salt
  5. optional: a couple of drops of honey
  1. Pour all into a pan.
  2. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
  3. Stir every couple of minutes so it won't burn into the bottom.
  4. Serve hot (or cold) with almond milk or maybe some unwhipped cream.
  1. Great to use as a jam as well!
