Low Carb, Paleo and Gluten Free Hot Dog Rolls

Oh yeah baby! What is summer without bbq and hot dogs? I’m pretty sure this is a non existing thing but anyway. To make it easier for all of you to indulge I’ve made some Low Carb Hot Dog Rolls that are so good! Even better if you add them to the grill a few minutes before stuffing it with – yeah that’s right, hot dawgs!

Low Carb and Gluten Free Hot Dog Rolls

Ingredients
  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1 dl (0,4 cups) unsweetened almond milk
  3. 2 tbsp psyllium husk (read about it, buy it here)
  4. 2,2 dl (0,9 cup) almond flour
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. large pinch of salt
  7. 3 drops of honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C (392 F) hot air (if not hot air add 25 C/77 F).
  2. Whisk eggs with electric mixer until they are REALLY fluffy.
  3. Add almond milk and make a quick whisk to blend it.
  4. Add all other ingredients and blend together, let the batter sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Use hot water on your hands and then roll the batter in-between your hands into small oval rolls.
  6. Bake about 25 minutes.
